**Is my data private?**
Yes. Your resume is processed privately and is shared only when you send it.
We never sell your data, and you can delete it anytime.

**Does Jobbee apply to jobs on my behalf?**
No. We find matching roles and deliver tailored resumes to your inbox. You
review and submit each application yourself — you stay in control of every

**Who is Jobbee for?**
Every career level — new graduates and freshers through senior, staff, and
principal — and not just tech-core roles. The resume is calibrated to the
level you're applying for, bounded by your real experience.

**How is this different from a resume builder like Canva or Novoresume?**
Those tools give you templates. We give you a custom resume for each
specific job posting — rewritten to match that role's requirements, not just

**Can Jobbee do this automatically every day?**
Yes. Set up a daily or weekly schedule and matching roles with tailored
resumes show up in your inbox without you doing anything.

**How long does a search take?**
Searches can take a while — up to an hour for demanding roles. A search in
progress is normal, not stalled; you can watch it work live from the
dashboard.

**Can I cancel a search?**
Yes — anytime from the dashboard. Cancel within 15 minutes of starting and
the quota slot is refunded automatically.

**Do I need technical skills to use this?**
No. Upload a resume, answer a few questions about your preferences, and the
system handles the rest. The scheduling is set once and runs on its own.

**What happens after I sign up?**
You verify your email, and Jobbee sends you a short welcome guide — the
workspace files that make every tailored resume better. Fifteen
minutes with them pays off on every search.

**Forgot your password?**
Use the reset link on the login page — a reset email arrives in minutes,
and you're back in.

**What file formats can I upload?**
PDF, Markdown, or DOCX — or paste text directly. Your profile is understood
instantly, stays editable, and your original is preserved untouched.

**What if Jobbee needs to ask me something mid-search?**
It pauses and emails you a link to answer — the search resumes automatically
once you do. It never guesses.

**Can I edit my resume in Jobbee?**
Yes — your base resume, profile, and project write-ups are plain markdown in
the workspace editor, with an AI assistant that proposes edits for you to

**Can my AI assistant set this up for me?**
Yes — the workspace files are plain markdown and your assistant can
author them: from what it already knows about your work (mining your
shared history, marking gaps for you to fill), or by interviewing you

**Do I have to type everything into Jobbee by hand?**
No. Your assistant can write the files — from your shared history, or by
interviewing you — and you paste them into the workspace editor; plain
markdown pastes straight in. We're also building a direct connection so
your assistant can update Jobbee without the copy-paste step.

**How much should I put in these files?**
As much as you can ground. Tailoring can only re-weight what's in the
files — a thin project file is a wasted project. Numbers, decisions
and the why, challenges and recoveries, skills at depth.

**What if a quality check fails?**
Checks are a safety net, not a blocker. Minor shortfalls ship with an
honest note about what to look at; only hard failures are held back, with
