Privacy and data handling
Your resume is processed privately and is shared only when you send it. We never sell your data, and you can delete it anytime.
The short version
- Your resume, profile, and personal data belong to you
- They're processed to tailor your resumes; the results land in your inbox
- No selling your data; no sharing with third parties for advertising
- No behavioral tracking — product analytics use irreversible hashed identifiers only
Where your data lives
- Isolated workspace — your resumes and profile live in a workspace only you can access; other users can't see them, and nothing crosses workspaces
- Encrypted when stored — sensitive details like your API keys are encrypted, so they're not readable in plain text anywhere
- Never public — your account and search history are kept in a private database, not exposed to the public internet
How your resume is processed
Resume content is sent to LLM providers for tailoring:
- With your own key (BYOK) — only Zero-Data-Retention (ZDR) providers are allowed: they process your request in-memory and don't retain your data
- On the built-in pool — providers managed by Jobbee under their data policies

Third-party processors
A small set of processors runs the service — LLM providers (the built-in pool or your own key) and cloud infrastructure for hosting, storage, and database. None of them sell your data. Full list in the Privacy Policy.
